This is another nice piece that i got in arizona years and years ago. It is a vintage indian beaded gloves gauntlets with wonderful beadwork and real fur. I would believe that they are womens gauntlets but are very large if a man wanted to ware them he could. They are from the late early 1900s. They are one of the nicest ones that i have seen and all the small glass beadwork is still very tight and no missing beads. It is all hand beaded on hide and i believe the fur is either mink fur or rabbit but really believe that it is mink by the nice smooth and thick feel. They are used but ni wonderful condition. They measure a nice size of 15.25 inches long and the top measures 9.5 inches wide. It is very rare to find a gauntlets from this period and longer. And very veyr collectable. I tried ot take a lot of pictures so that you can see the beauty in this piece. I can't say enough about them. Some of the picture are with flash and some not, much better then the pictures! .It would be a nice gift or addition to any native indian collection. No reserves and worth a lot more then my small starting price. Must sell! Please look at my other itesm such as navajo rugs and weavings, pottery, kachinas, baskets and beadwork.
